Share the Problem
Customers are requested to share pictures or videos of the issue they are facing with their laptop or desktop.

Initial Assessment
This helps our technicians understand the problem better and prepare the required tools before visiting the customer's location, wherever applicable.

Share Your Location
Customers may be requested to share their location to help our technician reach the place easily.

Repair at Your Premises
Our technician will first try to diagnose and fix the issue at the customer's premises. If the problem requires major repairs or detailed inspection, the customer may be requested to hand over the device to our service centre.

Complete Inspection & Estimate
Our engineers will carry out a complete inspection at our service centre and provide an estimated repair cost to the customer.

Customer Approval
The repair will proceed only after receiving approval from the customer.

Repair & Delivery
Once approved, the issue will be fixed, and the laptop or computer will be returned to the customer after the repair is completed.

If You Choose Not to Proceed
If the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after the inspection or service visit, a convenience fee of Rs.350 will be applicable.
